Library Profile
The college library functions with the objective of providing quality service to its members and promoting excellence in education by housing several latest edition books, journals, monographs, magazines, etc. Library resources are available to encourage research, engage students in pleasure reading, support the curriculum, and address individual needs and interests.
The library having carpet area of 177.79 sq. mtr.
The college has a Main Library and 04 departmental libraries that collectively support the teaching, research, and extension programs.

- It houses over 78479 book titles and subscriptions to 22 Journals/periodicals and 12 newspapers in three languages.
- It also has more than 20 educational CDs and about 88 sets of encyclopedias.
- Students are provided with the facility of computers with high-speed connectivity and access to e-journals.
Library provides following services to its readers,
Circulation Service: Undergraduate students can issue one book for a period of fifteen days while postgraduate students can issue two books for a period of fifteen days.
Book Bank Scheme: Library started Book Bank facility to the female students of FYBA class by providing a set of books to them to increase reading habit among them.
Reference Service: Library has a good collection of reference sources such as Marathi Vishwakosh, encyclopedias, yearbooks, dictionaries etc. Library users can obtain information from these sources under Reference Services.
Internet Service: This service provides on well-equipped computer systems for faculty, Undergraduate, Postgraduate students, researchers to browse online databases on the internet for their academic purpose.
Reading Room: This facility is available for faculty with sitting capacity of 15 members and 100 chairs are placed for students separately in reading room of library.

The library remains functional on all working days from 7:30 a.m. in the morning till 5:30 p.m. in the evening.
Sunday and Holiday Closed.
- All students should enter their names & signature in the “Student Visitor Register” while entering the library. Faculty members and visitors should make the entry in staff register.
- The student should keep their bags in the baggage section and not in the reading room.
- Students and faculty members should preserve their belongings or valuables; in case of loss he/she would be solely responsible.
- All the students must use their library card & student card in order to avail the library facilities.
- Issued books must be submitted on or before of submission dates.
- Book will be issued as under,
Library Working Hours: – 7.30 am to 05.30 pm
- Reference books will be available only in reading room and issued on the student card.
- Students are not allowed to take a reference book outside.

resources available on UGC- N- LIST are available to college students and staff. - The library is fully automated and uses Bar Code System and standard integrated Library Management Software.
- Books for Competitive examinations are issued to the students.
- Book exhibitions on campus are organized from time to time.
- Faculty members encourage their research scholars to use e-
resources hosted through INFLIBNET services. - Our library has a novel DOOR (Digital Online Offline Resources) facility for students.
- The college library also has a Book Bank facility available to students that provide books for the whole session to needy students.
